[Blacksmithing] Only getting 25% damage increase on weapons

My Smith is legendary and has 100 arms lore and yet the broadswords and longswords she has crafted today only have 25% damage increase on them. Days ago I made 150 leafblades and they always had 40 or more. I've been using a dull copper runic and dull copper or shadow ingots. Is it a new bug? I'm trying to make weapons for a Sampire, actually 3 sampires. Thanks for any help...

I have noticed the same thing. It appears runics have reverted to the numbers you got when they first came out........well no I think they did worse than that at first anyway the numbers got messed up to some value from long ago plus the bonus for human

Thanks Percival. At least I'm not alone in this problem... Maybe somebody here will notify the maniacs responsible.... Lol, just kidding...or am I?

I am pretty sure it has been reported allready but never hurts to do it again. In case you didn't notice the resists on armor is down also like it used to be long ago. Regular hammer makes better resists on armor than a runic (till they fix it) unless the runic is high and pulls all resists. It's one of the reasons I quit doing bods for a while since runic hammers were so much work for nothing.
