Despite conflicting declarations between the UO Herald and some EA Customer Representatives I was finally able to unlink an Account and have it linked to another person so they could play UO on the Account rather than see it go inactive.
On the phone, the EA Cust Rep was able to unlink the Account from my group and link it to the other persons. The only information I needed to provide about the other person was the email address they wanted the Account linked to and the new owners date of birth.
While I continue to have major issues with the new system, I was both Thankful and Grateful that this could be, and was, done.
