For the ring, no idea (but I do like the attributes)
For the sleeves, right now you can find similar attributes (SI 8, MR2, resists from 65-70) for anywhere from 900k - 8 million in various Lunas (Luni? Lun-e?). The closest I could find on Cats was about a million and a half for sleeves with SI 8 MR 1 and 63 total resists.
I've come to the conclusion that vendor pricing is similar to throwing darts over your shoulder blindfolded. There is no rhyme or reason in the big picture.
