I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my price checks either. I wish I could give you an estimate, but I have no idea. Personally, I would shoot for a couple hundred thou on a vendor, but this is a very uneducated guess. I don't even have a mage.
I think we should start a thread where people post what their jewelry has sold for and on which shard. When some of my jewelry starts selling, I'll post what it went for.

Jewlery is just really hard to price.
With the possibilities of Mage weapons, this would be a nice bracelet.
Except, there's the Ornament that is very hard to replace, it's just too nice. And now the PVP'ers are into factions, so Orny+Crystalline is the norm.
I would put it up for 200k and see what happens. Or just save it for some new characters you might know. I love to horde good jewlery.
