Probably another one of those "wish it were a ring" sorta things, but I figured I'd ask:

Magery +13
DCI 10%
Fire 9%
Cold 8%
Poison 14%

I can't find anything else quite like it looking around, so no idea what it'd be worth.

Less than nothing sorry, That would then cut casting down to (with spellbook 5/2 casting) and really restrict mods not high enough magery for a mage weap.
(oh thats 2/5 with Djinnis ring, inquis and DCI event book)
