This is is a one of a kind Tunic from the season 8 Halloween event on Catskills. It is part of a five piece leather armor set. Each piece has the same name (covered in dry blood) and hue. I'm only curious as to the value at the moment. It is a unique wearable item with a cool name and color:

i would say 200 mil at the very least, probably still be a fairly easy sell at 300 mil, possibly quite a bit more if some crazy ******* was trying to put the whole suit together
