Old Slayer Weapon/hit spell effect Bug

Hi all, I just want to be sure you all and the Dev team are aware of a bug with slayer weapons that is VERY old.

Slayer weapons do 100% to 150% damage increase. If a spell effect goes off first, the slayer damage bonus is nullified. It became painfully aware as I was using Halawa's Hunting Bow (Eodon Slayer)

Point of the post - if you are crafting slayer weapons, don't put a hit spell effect on them. And, to the Devs, please fix the order of applying mods from weapons? have the Slayer property, applied before the spell effect, please!

Velocity nullifies the slayer. I think that bow has velocity so no one uses it.
It is not the hit effect.

We have posted the velocity issue on the forums.

Does "hit fireball" also nullify the slayer property?
No. But I doubt the fireball itself gets the slayer damage . I use a slayer with an area or hit effect all the time.

Velocity overrides the slayer damage so it ends up with a lower damage when it uses velocity.
