Okay, unfortunately I am not sure, but I will try to give you information that I do know.
#1 it looks exactly like the stealable doom artifact one, but doesn't have artifact rarity 7 on it
#2 I don't think this is a server birth one, as I BELIEVE******* the server birth one was called "Hanging Studded Armor". And I think (could be wrong) was west facing only.
What this could be is from the magincia invasion? As I missed that time period, I am not sure though, perhaps someone who knows the magincia invasion items can say yes or no.

Sorry not definitive answers, maybe someone else can chime in.
