Why do these not carry double blessed tag ?

ive seen alot of double blessed clothing, never seen just [blessed] before

its old item blessed and just needs a new clothing bless added to be double blessed

Sometimes items lose the Blessed tag, I had a pair of old double blessed blacks and then died and it lost the blessed tag but still said "Sandals (Blessed)" I paged a GM and they gladly fixed it for me

Why would you want it fixed? It's much rarer without the double tag...?

The value doesnt generally change without the 2nd blessed label.

I've seen a number of them without the 2nd label, generally for [blessed] sandals the only factor in determining price is the colod. Sigil is the most expensive, with Grey/Black in 2nd, Red can sometimes be higher than black as theyre hard to find but not always as desirable, blue/brown and most other colors are usually the cheapest as theyre the least desirable colors.
