[Price Check] old rubble

I would really appreciate a price check. Rubble is on atlantic if that makes a difference. I know that halfs are not as good as wholes. Thank you!

Just doing this quickly to best of my knowledge based on what i sold / brought these for : -

Rubble displays 10 to 15 ( it looks like part of the bigger case that split - if it is an full individual case then your looking at 12 to 19 mill maybe 20ish)
Sign hanger 5 to 7 mill
half wooden bench 500 to 800k
tree piece - not sure on this one
rocks - depends on your buyer and there purse strings
