No it was for KR....you can't do the quest anymore because KR is defunct though the quest giver is still there.
It's unfortunate because THAT was a good new player tutorial :/

It functioned right up until EJ launch.
Sort of... if you are ok learning stuff like how to die ... and was ok if you wanted to be a dexer... but if you wanted to be anything else not so good...
Would have been nice as well if when it was done it sent you straight into the bank and told you how to use that too.
