old faction war horses

I have two accounts, one I had my archer in factions to farm sliver, now that it is dead I wanted to transfer my old red war horse to my tamer. You can't because I never had my tamer in factions. Anyway around this or ?
I added my tamer to the same guild, also tried releasing the horse and taming it. Can not do that ether.

The old horses are char bound now. Can't transfer them

You could always get soulstones and make you archer your Tamer and vice versa
