It is time again for Oktoberfest on the Atlantic shard!!! ​

Vesper will host the big celebration ​

combining Harvest, Halloween and ​

of course, the excuse to be Hungover!!! ​

Beer!!! ​

Saturday, October 19th at 7pm eastern.​

Meet at the Mint of Vesper!!!​

Each Town is invited to promote their finest beers and liquors & food faire​

Please contact Khaleesi, Sunwolf, or Faeryl ​

for information on the set up. We ask that you dress to ​

represent a characteristic of your Town!!! ​

Make it fun!!! ​

The events that will be for this year will be ​

progressive in this order.​

Costume Contest​

Dress up in a costume! Be creative! ​

Act out the character!​

This is sure to be fun ​

with lots of laughs to be had! ​

There will be no combat ​

so you are welcome to stay in costume.​

Faeryl's Corn Maze​

Something new and different and​

probably the most involved event ​

we have tried during Oktoberfest. ​

Not too many hints on this one! ​

You’ll have to be present to find out!!!​

Tinkering Contest​

Yew has tried this contest before but ​

did not have enough interest. ​

Calling all Tinkers!​

Come, test your knowledge,​

see if you are the lucky victor seizing the trophy.​

Corinthian’s Trick or Treat​

Much like a scavenger hunt ​

Vesper will light up the town! ​

Will you be tricked or treated! ​

That is the question! ​

Everyone is encouraged to participate!​

I want to thank all the people who helped make the Oktoberfest 2013 happen!!!
It overwhelms me when I think of all wonderful people I have encountered through the years. Looking at the Event tonight, with both positive and negatives visible, it is truly inspiring to see that the positive won! Yes, we had a griefer, picking up “stuff” . But did that detract from what we were truly there to do, Be together and celebrate, have fun.. BE A PART OF THE COMMUNITY.

Last night, Community reigned. At one point, we were ready to say, “Let’s cancel the event.” Faeryl had worked so hard, weeks to prepare the maze, it was her call! She said NO! Let’s move forward! And we did.. A special thank you to all of you who came and participated in the event!! It may have not been as seamless as the “Carnival” but the kinship, loyalty , FRIENDSHIP shown was far stronger!!! I applaud each and every one of you. I thank all the Governor’s and Governor’s representatives that were there! To all the friends who helps get things prepared, I can not thank you enough! Faeryl, Sinful Obsession, Morgana Grim, Governor Lew, Corinthian, Nikki Phoenix, Sunwolf, Doc Hawk, Flair, Aulbrey and the citizens of Vesper. AND soooooooo many more!!!!! I could not do this without you!!!!!!!!!!! A HUGE THANK YOU! To everyone!
