I logged on to four accounts for LA to see how many I had to trade with a guy who ICQed me... I had 14 chars on the list and I knew they were plenty old enough so I said 14. He said he would go first and did 6 at which time I asked to go to LA so I could make sure I didn't have any bugged ones and could cover them. We logged on and TWO full accounts of chars that were made for the spring cleaning didn't get tickets. NADA, ZILTCH... not one single ticket on both accounts. I tried the fix of opening your bank, logging out, logging in and NADA. Every single char on BOTH accounts got the 6 month stat message when I logged them in, but NO gift.
Luckily I had a ton of old gifts on the two chars that did get gifts and I gave him all the gifts I had and let him pick the two on those chars. I apologized up and down, but still felt like crap that it came out like that. He was lovely about it and kept saying it was understandable and not to worry about it... Well I still feel really bad about it
Moral: The holiday stuff is STILL messed up so PHYSICALLY log each char in and look for that little red deed before trading.
