Selling/transfering a keep, for folks that love keeps.
This keep is nicely located by the sea and some gardens.
Ye worst spawn be the wee brigands that land in ye yard and the once a week dark wisp and an ettin now and then. Although ifn ye not fond of the smell of gourds in ye back yard ye may wish to own a keep elsewhere.
If ya updated to HS or whatever the keep will give ya 4226 storage !

I hath removed all the parrot feathers yesterday, all day long, sooo it's cleaned out & move in ready, to new owner should ye have the GP and desire to own a keep !
