ok.... so when did fel become tram?

so i was kind of noticing this for the last few days, but i finally sat down with a guild mate and did some testing.

and i dont recall reading anything about these changes in the patch notes.

but since when did fel become tram?

this is what i mean.

i run a mage on a couple shards, and when i get bored i go out and pop UM recall miners.
it gives me something to do when im bored at work.
they recall in, i pop them and take their blackrock.
ya i know, im a ass.

so recentlly i noticed some game play changes that are effecting me like im in tram.

i cast up 2 EVs and usually when someone comes in, or if i attack a blue the EVs will whip around and charge the blue and assist in killing.

not anymore.
if im a blue, and i agro on another blue - be it NPC or player, my EVs dont do anything.

meh?

before i see a blue i wanna play with.... i wanna touch him and play with him and toy with him like a kitten and a dust ball.... so i drop a para field on him, before that would agro me and the fella would be stuck while i killed him.

now.... no.
i drop fields, be it para or nox or fire for that matter and any blue can run through them willy nilly.
so i flag, i turn grey.
still the same, everyone runs through them and they dont do nothing.

what the heck?
i feel like im in tram.

and i know this all use to work like a week or so ago, cause that use to be my attack pattern.
nox field, 2 EVs, recall miner lands and BOOM hes noxed and 2 EVs are chipping away at him while i unload the direct spells.
dead in seconds.

now..... not so much

anyone else notice this?

Poo, I dont think its a felucca thing with EVs. For the past two months at times when I am casting on demon in dojo, I have often wondered what in the world the EV was doing. It would not attack at all and it was within two tiles of the demon. Kinda like an EV on ignore. Not sure about your para fields.
With pvm, I just have to dispell the ev and get a new one.

Blue fighting blues, dont work you can para- poison- or firefield all day nothing will happen, and nothing have happened last years at least. Might have been changed when evs stopped attack everything not sure when really but it was a long time ago.

No words will ever be enough to describe in how many different ways this sounds wrong.. especially considering what's the general idea about true Reds and their lives and mentality.

Well, it does not do anything FOR you, but it drops into your backpack when you get lucky in mining.

You see other players as pieces of dirt and you are a cat batting them around? This is why trammel exists. Your lust for victimizing others is disgusting. This is the reason I choose not to participate in PvP and generally avoid Fel. I don’t want to be at the end of some pervert’s sick game. There are those who PvP because they love to compete. I understand this point of view and have no problem with it. There are those that do it for profit. I disagree with this motivation but understand it. The corruption of what you do, use UO to derive a sick thrill out of negatively affecting others, makes me want to vomit.

some of them truelly gave me a good chuckle.

i do find it strange that a couple people are upset that i kill unattended 3rd party robot miners and say that IM the bad person.

alas, you cant please all of the people all of the time.

and im not sure what my name has to do with me trying to stop cheater miners.... im still thinking about that one.

and to answer a few of the reds in the thread.... i dont mind going red.
i hate playing a red mage, to many buttons for me. and i do have a lot of red players.
these mages i use unfortunatlly dont get many counts as the robot miners dont tend to give many counts.


to get back on track with what the initial thread was talking about.
the problem im seeing is that ONCE I FLAG GREY should my fields and EVS not nip anyone who is blue? cause they use too. now they are not.

and to get back off of topic, for those of you bleeding hearts, there is a robot miner/lumberjack on LA who actually has tooken it up a step.... he recalls around with a cu sidhe guarding him. First time ive ever seen that.
