well i am committed to the Bardic Collegium or Merchants Association this term but will hear the votes of our citizens on this topic.
i just feel u know that Britain's main focus has always been the library, the shipyards for commerce, and the bardic college. it is in line w the city's lore & history. just like i would expect minoc 2 use either merchants or miner's bcuz that's in line with the city's lore & history too or jhelom to have the warriors for much the same reason. i know it doesn't turn out that way, but hey a brother can dream right!
reason i am running is bcuz our guild has always been all about Britain. this term pandy cant do it bcuz ic'ly she's dealing w the temporary leave of absence of marius by & threats from our rival enemies, the draconians.
i basically wanted to run bcuz ic'ly that makes sense for us. armand has taken charge of House Romanus in marius' absence. w pandy distraught over his leave, it was armand's duty 2 throw his hat in. win or loose, Britain remains ours. we still do our thing in Britain having held several events this past 6 months. the people of catskills know who really runs that city, so in that sense we've already won.
