Seriously if you could afford an item bless deed you could afford a real Gladiator's Collar. Lets spend that much to bless something that will eventually break...

Then again I am too cheap to use clothing bless deeds on my faction crimmy/spirit of the totem or whatever else is "clothing" and factions.

This is by far the best example that duping is tolerated. There is no way so much item bless deed can exist so long after they are no longer obtainable and that not that many were claimed....

But "someone" is cashing in those item...its like someone was selling dope in front of a police station and policeman would salute the guy...?!

Last I knew those weren't from Item Bless Deeds though, just old clothing bless deeds before a certain patch. I might be wrong though.

I actually cant stand blessed items and i never bless anything as when you die blessed items dont auto equip when you click your corpse.

Are we sure that an EM didn't bless this item and hand it out as a reward with the knowledge that the blessing wasn't too imbalancing considering that the item could not be prevented from decaying?

Item bless deeds have been duped to hell and back. There's a guy on my shard who item blessed every piece of his outfit, including his magi pendant. At least a replica collar is worth 25M+ This guy used a deed on an item that's barely worth 500K.
