Does anyone know if this will begin at the newly decorated waterfalls near Yew?

Yes you are correct.

For those who have not been there in a while, the new gardens at the falls, just East of the Justice Shrine are beautiful. That was my old original stomping and training grounds out there by the waterfall, and Justice Shrine. We used to call it "Justice Falls," *smirk* and "Justice Heights" just North of there for the housing community.

I don't have an old picture of the area, but it used to be that one had to teleport across the falls or go completely around the lake. In the distant past you could even put a boat in the lake by the falls and sail over to the island in the center.

Congrats to the winners!

I collected all of the items on the list, but I was unable to see the chest to deposit them when it appeared. Ah well, everyone had a good time that I could tell. Thanks to all who attended for being nice and polite....it really helped the event be a fun time to remember. =)
