Hello fellow Sosarians and citizens of Jhelom. Today, while standing in the dueling pit in Jhelom, practicing my blade, the brave Hal the warrior’s guildmaster, said I was the only person that practiced my dueling skills anymore. I couldn't believe it! 3:30pm on a weekend and no more dueling or PvP tournaments happening anymore!? The city of Jhelom has been hit with a streak of mass exodus, and lack of PvP Tournaments happening in our beautiful, dueling town. The current incumbent (Holly Blackhand), has turned her back on our city! She is a coward who hides on a boat in Trammel, she won’t show her face in Felucca where the true Pirate Lord rules, or challenge me to a duel. Also, Red Snapper, the person running against me hides behind the facet of Trammel and possesses not one Warrior bone in her body! I tell you, my fellow Sosarians, I will bring this city the PvP it has been craving. I will host the dueling tournaments, I will introduce honorable PvP again, and I will most importantly, bring this city back to life!! All while ensuring the citizens of Jhelom will be strong enough to face anything the facet of Felucca throws at them!


So today, I come to you, to ask for your support. This city needs fresh blood in the Governors chair to bring new life to this city, to make Jhelom great again!

Election Day: As the polls come to a close, win or lose, I will be having a free for all PvP Deathmatch in Felucca Downtown Jhelom, at the dueling pit, I will have warriors and mages to test your PvP skills against and my team and I will teach you some PvP basics, to not only celebrate the nomination of our Summer 2016 Governor, but also catch you up in PvP if you’ve been away for a while or just rusty.


Planned Events:

With my candidacy I'd also like to layout some proposed ideas for events. Jhelom being the brave warlike community it is, here are the few I've come up with so far:

1) All Out Duel Tournament – Pots, Chivalry, Pets, Summons, all Templates go – buy in for 15mil
2) Warrior Duel Tournament – No Summons, Pets, Parry or Magery – buy in for 20mil
3) Pure Mage Classic – Scribe, Mage, Eval, Resist, Med are the only skills allowed. No potions, pets or summons – buy in for 30mil
4) 2v2s, 3v3s and 5v5s

All of these are subject to change, and I will be willing to listen to all citizens of Jhelom when deciding what events the public would enjoy to have.

I like to see a naked mage duel with the skills in #3 with only a bag of regs. 44 resists across the board should be enough defense. and the lack of FC would be fun to watch (would have to be honor system of NOT having the town buff)

I saw some serious campaigning over there in Jhelom yesterday. WOW!!!! The "get out and vote" is really taking steam.

Not sure how contested Jhelom is, but I hear Brit and Minoc are "too close to call" as of yet.
