i did not know that a shield can be made by crafter, a shield which has spell channeling, reactive paralyze, defense chance increase.

at europa shard, those were 500k maxim, but your shield has soul charge, fire eater, more. so it can not be said easily.

to speak more exactly, "defense chance increase" was not included in the "those", maybe.
