[Gardening] Off topic - holiday tree deeds

The recent publish notes state "Players can now use the Xmas Tree Deeds to place non decorated trees year round."

Is this working for anyone? When I try to use a deed it says I need to wait until next Christmas. Thanks in advance

I put a bunch out last night and today they had reverted back to deed form.
