Its very easy to post screenshots.
Just have the item viewable, and press you're "print screen" button. Open the Paint application, and paste it in there.
Save it, then use an image hosting site like photobucket or imageshack etc to upload it to the net.
Once uploaded, you can then use the "Insert Image" to apply the image to you're post, and yer done
