It's a random talisman of the type that can be found from one of the heartwood quests or possibly as loot on something or other.
If you double click it, it will summon a random creature such as a walrus or rabbit, but nothing that is aggressive. Whatever it summons will follow commands either.

Ah thanks. I saw the "(summoner) killer 44%" part and thought it was odd.

I have never seen Zealot of Khaldun (summoner) Killer before. I have thrown away 1000s of talis from Heartwood quests too, always checking for 30/30 crafting ones

I've seen plenty of them, and it doesnt summon one, its just part of the name of the mob from what i understand
