Odd Problem

So, I was playing UO last week and my battery on my laptop died. Once I got it charged up I went back in game. Here is the weird part...I lost all my presets. Large Container Gump, Screen size, all my icons, etc. Got everything back the way it was but now when I look at VS when I hover over an item I get no popup info on it. Hovering over objects in game is fine just not in VS. Anyone else have this issue before? How do I correct it?

Your hover time is set too high. It's a slider bar in one of the menus.
It's on 5000 now. Needs set to 0

Where would I find that in the classic client?

Figured it out. It's Tool Tips. You have to have use tool tips checked and set the delay to 100 (cannot get to 0)

Yup if you hovered for 5 seconds the properties would have showed up.

I assume this is an old thing that helped with slow connections.
