[Discussion] Odd dread pirate hat

[Hell's Ironworks]

So i found an Odd dread pirate hat. Instead of random melee skill bonus, 8 dex night sight and Hci , it has 2 skill bonuses , 8 dex and 80 luck.

Anyone know what thats about?

That is what they used to be like when they first came out.
Then they changed them to how they are now.
Can not remember the year they changed them.
