since when?, i used a slime hunter title deed on a char that didnt do the quest and it worked fine
exactly - doesn't matter who did the quest, the deed can be used by anyone.
i've seen them sell for 1-5 million.

hmmm... good question - i don't know if you had to have activated the quest to use the deed or not. didn't think so, but don't know for sure.
