Oceania Server Wide Discon [again]

Once again Oceania has a server wide disconnection with bouts of continued lag.
9.57pm - Over 1 minute lag server wide before a complete server crash
10:10pm- 1 minute lag, followed by on and off again lag.

I'm starting to run out of fingers and toes to count the outages and lag issues we've had in the past 8 months. :(
Has a third game been added to the struggling server?
Or can someone tell us if the ongoing issues are being looked into?
