So currently tracking our awesome caring support of Oceania and the log in server issues...(ran out of fingers and toes for the lag issues)
25.2.2012 - 12hrs +
29.2.2012 - 4.5hrs
1.3.2012 - 20mins (on and off)
5.3.2012 - approximately 4hrs
10.3.2012- 10:33pm to current (11.19pm and counting)
So the ninjas that were being tracked about this issue obviously stealth hid from embarassment and cant be found?
Somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help fix this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingame GM ...same speel...."we are looking into the matter please watch UOHerald for updates"... Copy and paste response? because its been identical to the past 4 GMS responses
(5 Times UOHerald tells u nothing until the issue is fixed..and even then all we get is..its down ..its fixed .. all in one post.)
And yes I've sent feedback via the feedback form each time (as suggested again via the ingame GM)
From a 12 year vet I'd like to comment on the support we have been getting... but there doesn't seem to have been any recently to comment on. Really dissappointing.
