Obtaining Threads from Magencia

I have decided to finish my Magencia Rubble collection and have been gathering the last of the Threads I need. I know for the Thread of Life, you use Spirit Speak on a Restless Soul, for the Thread of Fate, you kill a Corrupted Soul. My question is how do I get the Thread of Thought from the Forsaken Soul? I just can't remember. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just got the answer in game: cast Exorism. Thanks
