obsidian daggers for sl factions

in our Sl base when you go through the gate you get a obsidian dagger with a timer on it..

then i seen this in another thread...

"SL Factions receive the obsidian daggers twice a day that help them kill the palidans"

what the hell does that mean?

It was for the Cloak and Dagger event a few months ago. Obsidian daggers were used to instant-kill paladin NPCs. Receive 100 silver per kill.

It was the part of the storyline/event where Melissa killed Clainin.
