how much do these items sell for currently? I'm assuming the cloak is more rare than the armor.....

the cloak is actually very common, suspiciously there seem to be more than the number that should exist in total surpassed on each individual shard...

The Oakleaf cloak is common now, aye, so I wouldn't expect it would go for that much. The phoenix armor is much rarer at this time however.
