oak saws

I have ben doing the quests to get a runic saw off and on ever since they came out and all I have ever been able to get is oak saws.I now have 5 oak saws and was wondering what would be the best thing to make with them?

Do you have a mace fighter? With mine I'll be making quarterstaffs with ash. That way i'll get the chance to have a slayer staff with decent damage increase and at least some swing speed increase.
Maybe not useful for the majority of folks but something I would use.

I sell all the spell channeling ones I get. Put a fair price on them and I've always been able to sell those. Use oak wood and hope to get one with high luck, and those sell well.

I do have a macer on my 2nd account so I gues I can try for the staffs.

I would use frostwood for fishing poles. That way each would have sc and some even without -fc.
