I really miss my friends here too but I can't handle the graphics anymore. I'm visually impaired which means I'm blind in my right eye and have macular degeneration, and an almost operable cataract in my left eye. With WOW, I can use an addon to increase text size so I can see and I can change the screen resolution for better viewing. Still, there are areas when I can't see a damn thing, even there.
Also, I forgot to mention (shame on me!) but Robert, aka Deathviper, Nightwelp, et al, passed away last November just before Thanksgiving. Twinkie, to say the least, was devastated and misses him dearly. Well, I miss him too. He was a great friend to me and brought me lots of laughs.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your vision. I wish UO had a way to make it easier for you to see.
It is so hard to believe that Deathviper is gone. I remember the teasing that went on during the auctions. My heart goes out to Twinkie. It is not easy to lose some one you love. I'll be keeping both of you in my thoughts.

There are still a few of us "loonies" running around the lands here. I still use the 2d client which is very limited in terms of what you can do in fonts, but is there something in the 3d client or Windows itself that would allow changing the resolution? It would be fun to have you and Twinkie back roaming the lands again.
I am sorry to learn of the passing of DV. The auctions were always a lot of fun and I still get a chuckle when I remember DV trying to mount a llama statue not realizing it was not an ethereal llama and wondering why the darn thing would not work for him. The jokes practically wrote themselves. Please pass along my condolences to Twinkie.
