[Blacksmithing] Number of elemental damage weapons from runics has gone down?

I've burnt 300 charges of Dull Copper hammers and have only received 5 weapons with different elemental damage spreads. Is something broken or is it just me noticing this? Not to mention that damn 25% DI bug..

I posted something about this a while back that I noticed a decrease, it sounds like it went down even more.
