- In the Shining Path Armory on Atlantic, at the north end of Trammel Trinsic, the armorer NPC spawns under the floor.
- At the Trammel Lord's Arms, next to Castle British, on Chesapeake, 2 of the NPCs have been spawning on the roof.
- At the Fel Lord's Arms, next to Castle British, on Atlantic, 2 of the NPCs have been spawning on the roof.
- Inside Call To Arms, both facets, on Chessie and Atlantic, in eastern Jhelom, no NPC is spawning.
All of these have been confirmed to be going on for at least 2 months now.
