NPC vendors bugged

The price of all stackable resource on NPC vendors was out sync.

After buying 1000 pcs from a vendor, the vendor's selling price +1,
but the trade in price stay no change now.

For example, after buying 20k ingots from a NPC blacksmith,
you can buy next 1k at 28gp each, however,
you can sell them to vendor for only 7gp now,
it should be sold at 27gp each.

Nope, was fixed due to players "abuse" of the system. I like the new change.

It is a recent change in order to counter an exploit. I think it is only a temporary fix;
