NPC Vendor changes are coming when?

Hail: A few of us would please like an update as to when we may expect NPC Vendors to get back to some form of, "Normal"? I don't want to sell my normal wood for 3 gold, and then find out in a month that it went back to 6-9 gold i used to get.
