NPC reagent Vendors?

Does anyone know, How often do NPC reagent vendors, such as mages, alchemists, herbalists and cashuals, restock? Also, sometimes i'll find that a vendor has a large number of several of the reagents, along the lines of 787 or 999... what determines where the large stocks occurr and how often?

Vendors all start out with 10 of every reagent. When you buy them out they restock with 20, then 40, and so on until they reach 999. There is a time limit (10 minutes maybe) before they restock. There is also a time limit, if they don't get bought out, where they will restart at 10.

If your looking to buy regs the best prices can be at faction reg vendors in Felucca. They can be set up to sell then for 2 and 3 gp. You will need to watch out for reds but they are at city banks so it shouldn't be too bad if your careful.
