There is "A Stranger" in Tokuno. And Another Near The Center of the Volcano area.(Mt SHO). That want want something to create....

From an Old event, maybe fine something in the wayback machine here at stratics [OLD news] I believe the NPC's in town [Zento] were also tied in. They may have something at uoguide? Not sure. Some of the old reporters may remember it.

Yes, there are still several NPCs from the "old" Inu the Crone scenario.
Tomoe, Daiichi, Nanako the Cook, Yatsue in/around Zento (all of them appearing around May 2006), and the one you mentioned at Mt. Sho (Joachim the Artificer, at least here on our shard, from August 2006).
