nox fencer still works?

hello. i was thinking about 4/6 spellw chiv fencer, but its damn expensive to suit up, soo.. i was thinking about nox fencer. does it still work? people are telling me that its a bad idea, because everyonee carries cure pots with them...
so how is it?

I suggest you to use a shield. It gives you 5 HCI, 15 DCI, 1 FC, 25-35 DI and 18 resists.
