Um...

I recalled to my house to find a bag I did not lock down on my steps full of stuff I didn't put there.

This is a new house. There is one friend (someone I trust, who would do this, if she could) but no co-owners. I just checked.

I have one account, and only my husband knows how to access it (but he wouldn't... he couldn't care less.)

It's full of house deco stuff.

How in the world did it get there? I know for a fact it wasn't me, and my account is secure.

What permissions does a house friend have? Can they lock down bags?

I'm not really concerned, but curious more than anything.

Yes, friends can lock items down. They can't secure them, they can't place add ons and they can't use the decor tool.

I'm friended to several houses where I can go leave 'presents' for the owners if I come across something I know they've been looking for.

Okay, cool! thanks. I thought it was something of the sort (and I know exactly who did it) but wasn't sure. I wanted to make sure I hadn't stumbled across a weird bug that left me with a bag full of my new neighbors' deco stuff. :)

Back when you could place a house at an idoc right away sometimes items would stay locked down, even for the new house. And the items under the front steps would not get moved under the house sign, so you could end up with items locked down on the front steps that way.

That's probably not an issue nowadays though. :)
