Fink is right, as we dont usually know until its happening in regards to the EA event so its a bit hard to wack something up on the calanadar about them.
Player run events are what usualy go on there.
Anyone can organise something.
Could be anything from a basic RP night at an Inn somewhere to a full on every detail thought out mega event.
