Why I have been harping on having luck fixed.

Knowing the nerfs coming on making relic fragments, there needs to be a fairly reliable yet work intensive system for actually getting relics. Personally, I have no need for more than what I already have (being smarter than the average bear) but there are a lot of folks who do have this need.
