Been there a few days, has something to do with the EM event, but i missed why it was placed there never seen it placed or heard why.

thought maybe there would also be a marker declaring the Platinum Dragons, but I've yet to find one

Maybe there will be a monument instead when its all over in honor for the platinum dragons
