amist the tonage of rubble i picked up i also picked up a book titles The Prisoners Journal that is blessed, i may be mistaken but i think a copy was in teh meuseum on GL, Did i get extremely lucky or did i pick up an item that was someone elses junk?

It was a quest item for the recent Candle of Light Event... You might have picked it up or it was in you backpack from the event...
