Not able to use a housing tool?

Activated one of my older accounts and tried to go house hunting on atlantic, and when I click on the house placement tool... nothing happens. If I click twice too fast it tells me to wait. If I place it on the ground and try to click it, it says it need to be in my pack to use. Put it back in my pack and I still can't use it?


What's the deal?

update:

the entire account is bugged it seems. No a single character on that account can place a house. My other accounts can.

There was a problem with houseplacement earlyer. It has been fixed. Maybe you should try again.
