I believe you have to wear the belt to actually get the healing bonus, but I am not positive about that. All my tamers and warriors carry a FA belt in their backpacks just to have a blessed source of band aids and for the weight reduction, but with so many other good "belt" slot items none of them wear it. I have one character that is strictly a Healer that wears the belt. The belt worn adds a 10% bonus and the equipped Asclepius staff (replica) adds a further 15% healing bonus along with Stitchers Mittens 10% bonus. I have no idea if all these bonuses "stack" as I just made this character when I was bored. I will us in the next Event and post him outside the event dungeon to rez/heal the public 
does anyone know when the healing bonus is applied?
Like does it apply once you start the bandage? Or when the bandage finishes?
