Noob question in imbuing ring.

Sorry I had just come back to UO and i know nothing about Imbuing. I have an ercu ring with the following stat:

enhance pot 50%
hci 13
dci 9

Based on my calculation, the ring is at 278% intensity right? Does that mean i have 222% of room to improve the ring?

It should be 378 I believe 50 enhance potions counts as 200%
