noob just bought 3 month account

hi everyone!
i just bought a free 3 month subscription, tho i still have 4 days left on my free trial of UO 9th ann. edition.

here is my question:

i cannot do some tasks and i cannot join a guild/eat power scroll etc. without being a PAID subscriber. I have waited at least 2 hours for my account to be PAID, and in my account information it reads:


Coupons/Promotions

Ultima Online: 14 day free trial (4 days left of 14)

Continue Ultima Online $34.99/3mo on expiration of coupons shown



Can i override this free account to show PAID? I have emailed EA Games, but i really do not want to wait 24 hours for a reply. Can anyone shead soem light on this topic??

I don't think you can overide it because I was in the same situation last week. As soon as my 14 day period was over the pre-paid game time took over and I was able to do everything like use commodity deeds and power scrolls.

We just had someone on Siege pay while on a trial account. He called EA customer service and they lifted the restrictions.

thanks. i ended up emailing the game, adn the y lifeted the restrictions...15 hours b4 the time ended anyhow...LOL
